David Breskin is an American writer, poet, and record producer. He has written nine books, collaborated with visual artists such as Gerhard Richter and Ed Ruscha, and produced albums by artists including Nels Cline, John Zorn, Bill Frisell, and Ronald Shannon Jackson. His poetry has appeared in The New Yorker, The Paris Review, TriQuarterly and New American Writing, among other journals.
